This package includes 18 hours of postnatal support, to be used in six 3-hour sessions. Each visit will be tailored to your family's needs on the day. Whether you'd like a nourishing meal prepared, support with your baby while you rest or enjoy some time for yourself, or an extra pair of hands around the home, I'll adapt each session to what feels most helpful.
Before we begin, we'll discuss your priorities and how you'd like to use your sessions. If things change—and they often do with a new baby—we'll simply adapt to what you need on the day.
